Punta Arenas, Chile

From Viña del Mar, my family took  a bus back to Santiago, Chile and boarded our plane heading to my host city, our home, Punta Arenas, Chile. It was a three hour flight that landed at midnight. I met my other host brother and sister at the airport. We all got in the car and once we arrived at the house, I was shown to my bed. Woke up the next morning and began to explore my new home.

One afternoon while in Viña del Mar, my family decided to take me to Valparaíso for the day.

Once my orientation camp was over, I boarded a bus that headed west towards Viña del Mar. Within two hours I arrived and met my host family that I would be living with for the next 6 months. My family was on vacation in Viña and were only there for four days, but it was great to get some sun and see a little bit of Chile before I headed to the end of the world!
